Hi! My name is Yasmin and I am an independent, nail technician based at home in Hartford, Huntingdon.

I qualified in gel nails at the end of 2018 and started out just doing the odd manicure here and there for friends and family. A few years later I decided to take the plunge and turn my little hobby into a business and The Glossy Stop was born.

My working hours are between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday, however they are not always set in stone, as I have two young girls and a husband at home who keep me on my toes. All of my clients know that I will always bend over backwards to accommodate them, however, family comes first and this can affect my availability at times.

If you’re into fashion and nail related stuff, you may have come across a company called The Gel Bottle or you have perhaps heard about BIAB (Builder in a Bottle). I completed my training with The Gel Bottle and use their products in my studio. BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) was created by The Gel Bottle and is an incredible product which is becoming increasingly popular. BIAB is a type of gel that can be applied straight to the natural nail to add strength. It can also be used to sculpt short to mid-length extensions and can be applied alone or with a gel colour on top. BIAB can be soaked off and is much kinder to nails than other nail enhancement products.

I offer nail art services which vary in price depending on time, products and detail etc. I do not offer acrylics or full sets of extensions at this time.
